December 2011 – Seth Greenberg’s article 2010-11 U.S. Supreme Court Decisions Affecting Labor and Employment appears in the Fall/Winter 2011 (Vol. 36, No. 3) edition of the Labor and Employment Law Journal, a publication of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
November 9, 2011 – Harry Greenberg was honored by Touro Law Center at its “With Liberty & Justice for All” Dinner Celebration. Harry is the founding president of the Law Center’s Alumni Association and one of 18 charter members of the Law Center Builders Society. He is being honored for his commitment to and dedication to the success of the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center since it was founded in 1980.
October 2011 – Genevieve Peeples was appointed co-chair of the New Lawyers Committee for the New York State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section. Along with her co-chair, Ms. Peeples coordinated and launched the Section’s mentoring program to nurture lawyers new to the profession by matching junior lawyers with seasoned labor and employment law practitioners who are also leaders in the Section.

September 1, 2010 – Linda Keller joins GBG as an associate. A 2008 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, Linda previously was employed at a law firm handling litigation associated with civil rights claims and personal injury, among other matters. In 2007, Ms. Keller also served as a judicial intern for United States Magistrate Judge A. Kathleen Tomlinson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

January 22, 2010 – Seth Greenberg spearheads the launching of Labor & Employment N.Y. (“LENY”) – the Official Blog of NYSBA’s Labor and Employment Law Section! Seth will also act as a blog administrator and is a monthly contributor. According to its first post, “The purpose of LENY is to provide timely notice of significant events and developments affecting practitioners of labor and employment law in New York.
